Vinay and the team opened Dhamaka in January 2019 to bring authentic Indian street food into the bustling Old City. In no time they build a loyal following from Bristolians and customers became friends, supporting them through lockdown. The interiors are an explosion of colour reminiscent of the painted walls os Varanasi. Head chef Jyotirmoy's inspiration comes from every corner of India, try his Keralan prawn curry, Meen Mappas, you won't regret it.
