This Church Road shop was opened by Prakash Patel more than 30 years ago and "Pat", as he's more commonly known to his customers, continues to run it alongside son Sahil. The pair stock 300 different beers brewed by every Bristol brewery you can think of and plenty beyond, alongside a dazzling array of spirits, attracting customers from all corners of the city. It's parcel delivery and collection also makes it an invaluable service to local residents.
