Refresh is a wonderful cafe and food bank, right in the heart of East Street. It’s been serving the community for years, offering free meals for the homeless and discounted meals for those on low income. Naomi, who heads up this hive of activity, works closely with Revival Market and The Sanctuary to continue making East Street such a welcoming place.
